I provide workshops, seminars, and personal coaching/consulting services on intercultural communication and cultural adaptation. Courses can be customized to satisfy the particular needs of the clients.

Presentation across Culture This workshop is designed especially for non-native English speakers. In this workshop, I will discuss some pitfalls non-native speakers may face, as well as general presentation strategies including developing clear points, supporting points with evidence and strong logic, organizing messages, connecting with an audience, and making an effective delivery.
Intercultural Communication
Intercultural communication happens at the work place and in personal relationships such as parent-child relationships and dating/marital relationships. This workshop will enhance the participants’ communication competence in intercultural settings with the knowledge of different cultural values and the strategies on how to reach their communication partners through cultural barriers.
Understanding Korean Culture in Communication
This workshop is designed for those who want to understand cultural values and norms that affect the way Koreans communicate in business and social settings.
Adaptation to New Cultural Environments This workshop provides the participants with the knowledge and skills on how to manage culture shock constructively and how to synthesize the cultural differences to build a unique and well adjusted culture of their own in their new environments.
Managing Conflict in Intercultural Relationships
Conflict is an unavoidable reality in human relationships. When dealt with properly, conflict can actually strengthen our relationships. This workshop will enhance the participants’ understanding of the different approaches to conflict in different cultures and help them adopt collaborative approaches to conflict based on this cultural understanding.
